Cancellation requests
Cancellation is effective only after Sweet Afters confirms receipt in writing. Any refund or credit depends on how much notice is provided and whether ingredients, decorations or production work have already been committed.
Date changes
We will try to accommodate one date change where the new date has availability. A change is not secured until confirmed, and additional costs may apply where materials or work must be replaced.
Bakery cancellation
If Sweet Afters must cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, payments received for the affected order will be returned. We will communicate as early as reasonably possible.
