Delivery areas and fees
Delivery is available to selected Ampang and Kuala Lumpur locations. Availability, fee and delivery window are confirmed for each order based on postcode, distance, product size and handling requirements.
Receiving an order
Someone must be available at the confirmed address and reachable during the delivery window. A safe handover location and accurate access details—including unit, parking and security instructions—must be provided in advance.
Timing and delays
Delivery times are windows rather than exact appointments. Traffic, weather, building access and other circumstances may affect arrival. We will communicate material delays where possible.
Pickup and transport
For self-pickup, exact home-studio details are provided after confirmation. Transport cakes on a flat surface in a cool, air-conditioned vehicle and follow the care instructions supplied at handover.
